Step into the magic of the holiday season with the Historic Homes Winterfest Tour in Gonzales, Texas, on December 7th and 8th. This cherished Winterfest tradition invites you to explore four of Gonzales’ most iconic homes, each beautifully decorated for Christmas. With your $25 ticket (or wristband), you’ll have access to the Lynn Theater, St. James Inn/Walter Kokernot House, WF Robertson House, JB Wells House & Museum, and the Hyman Friedman House. Tours run from 1 to 5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, allowing you ample time to soak in the historic charm and holiday spirit.

Inspired by visitors who admired Gonzales’ historic homes during Winterfest and longed to see the gardens in full bloom, this new tradition opens the gates to some of the town’s most charming private gardens. With at least four unique gardens on the tour, it’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy lush landscapes, vibrant blooms, and the creative outdoor spaces that make Gonzales special.
